As Coinlist continues to rapidly grow, we seek an CIS Startup Account Manager to help drive the growth of high-potential early, mid, and late stage startups. You will align closely with counterparts in business development, marketing, solution architecture and partner teams to lead execution of coordinated go-to-market strategies and sales plays. You will also work closely with business development teams who are driving strategic support, global co-programming, and portfolio engagement to help drive top-of-funnel customer acquisition and accelerate seller cycles in the field.

What you will do:
Dealing with technical customer support (resolving tickets about different issues from the clients)
Getting familiar with, setting up and testing software you may be unfamiliar with
Being extremely thorough in debugging and documenting issues for other teams
Documenting your processes and share knowledge
Learn a lot of new about trading systems
To join us you need to:
English Upper Intermediate
Good communication skills
Eager to ask questions and understand business and product objectives.
Experience in customer support online is a plus
Worked on a remote team of 5-10 people
Experience using Excel
Experience in fintech is a plus
