CEX.IO is looking for a Senior Onboarding Scrum Master who can guide our teams toward target vision/architecture for the effective and efficient implementation of customer onboarding and related compliance requirements. CEX.IO solutions are frequently integrated with other systems e.g. trade capture, management reporting, CRM, analytics, and testing.

Scope of work:

• Help the team and organization in applying and improving agile practices.
• Coach team members and guide the team to higher maturity and self-management; helping the team to achieve their goals by removing impediments and issues hindering productivity.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, pointing, grooming, retrospectives) and other meetings as needed with other internal teams (Design, Product, QA, etc).
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban events.
• Support Product Owners to keep the team focused and aligned on the product vision, product backlog, sprint goals
• Ensure user stories and documentation are thorough, consistent and written following best practices.
• Ensure effective communication flow within the team, and to all stakeholders within the company.
• Assist with building a productive environment where team members enjoy working on CEX.IO products.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
• Hands-on experience with facilitating scrum ceremonies and delivering end-to-end products through several releases.
• Extensive knowledge of agile principles and frameworks.
• Experience with technical tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, Roadmunk/Product Board, Zoom, GSuite.
• Prepare project status reports, burndowns. Keep management, project sponsors and project stakeholders informed of project status and related issues.
• Passionate about all things agile – you live agile values and set an example for your team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you really get communication & group dynamics.
• Experience in working with virtual, globally-distributed, multicultural teams remotely in FinTech companies.
• Scrum master certification is a plus!
