🚀 We’re Hiring: B2B Sales Manager — Cocoa Products

……… is looking for a Sales Manager based in the Czech Republic to develop sales of cocoa products across Europe.

📍 Work location: Czech Republic
🌍 Sales territory: European markets

Products:

* Cocoa powder
* Cocoa mass / cocoa liquor
* Cocoa butter
* Cocoa beans
* Other cocoa-based ingredients

Key responsibilities:

* Identify and approach potential B2B customers across Europe.
* Develop relationships with food manufacturers, confectionery producers, bakeries, distributors, wholesalers and other industrial buyers.
* Prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations.
* Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to contract conclusion.
* Build and maintain a European customer database.
* Participate in industry exhibitions and business meetings.
* Cooperate with our sourcing, logistics and management teams.

Candidate profile:

* Must be based in the Czech Republic and have the right to work in the country.
* Experience in B2B sales is required.
* Experience in cocoa products, food ingredients, confectionery, bakery or international trade is a strong advantage.
* Fluent English is required.
* Czech language is an advantage.
* Other European languages are welcome.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Independent, commercially driven and results-oriented approach.
* Willingness to travel within Europe.
