A Russian speaking family based in Tilford, Surrey are urgently looking for a professional and flexible House Managing Team on a permanent live in basis.

The principals would prefer to hire fluent Russian speakers as the family and staff speak this language on a native level.

The House Managing Team should be helpful, organised, have a good work ethic and hardworking people who have extensive experience in HNW families. References are required.

Only candidates who have the eligibility to work in the UK will be considered for this role.

The family are happy owners of 2 small dogs. Please note that you should not have allergy.

A separate cottage on the territory of the estate will be provided for the chosen applicants.

The Position Type: Live In, Full Time, Permanent

Salary: 80,000 - 91,000.00 GBP Gross annually ( depending on experience )

Working Day: 5 - 6 days per week

Working Hours: 8-9 hours per day

Location: Tilford, Surrey

Accommodation: provided

Starting date: September 2022

Duties :

• Keeping general areas clean and organised
• Silver polishing
• Running errands
• Maintenance small repairs
• DIY
• Care of courtyards and surrounding areas to the main house
• Interior and exterior seasonal changes
• Pet care
• Driving the principals if required
• Car maintenance
• Gardening

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of similar work experience
• UK working permit
• Russian language
• Dogs friendly
• No allergies
• Driving licence will be a plus
