Welcome to Marfa Cabinets, an Illinois-based modern kitchen & bath manufacturer (D2C).

We are expanding rapidly and seeking kitchen & bath sales representatives to empower our sales team to be capable of processing all inbound leads. (Yeah, we have more leads than the sales team able to process).

Industry-specific experience is not necessary. We are looking for real closers.

Goals

Monthly sales quota attainment:

- Amount of booked revenue with signed contracts

- Amount of downpayments collected

Responsibilities:

Present and demonstrate custom built designs, company products and services to new customers on-line and off-line (in showroom)

Closing deals

Reach agreed-upon sales targets monthly

Resolve customer inquiries

Running all sales operations in CRM (HubSpot)

Personal sales forecasting (HubSpot)

Be able to listen and hear customers and act accordingly to their feedback

Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual

Well-spoken

Strong negotiation skill

Unwillingness to take no for an answer (!)

Obsessed by the job you do

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Education:

High school or equivalent

Experience:

b2c high-end products sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Kitchen Design Experience with 2020 Design is a plus!
