Candidate Requirements:

Language proficiency: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish; Ability to work in a multinational team; Strong communication skills; Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; Experience is not mandatory but is an advantage.

Candidate Responsibilities:

You will effectively manage all client relationships, develop and implement client retention strategies, optimize ways of interacting with clients, and collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
