5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on social media and email.
A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills; proficiency in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and producing insightful monthly reports. Ability to continuously optimize and improve campaigns based on data insights.
Proficiency in Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Monday.com, Canva, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney).
Good graphic design skills to create and draft basic campaign banners and visuals.
Experience working in the fashion industry is a considerable plus.
