What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on social media and email.
• A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills; proficiency in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and producing insightful monthly reports. Ability to continuously optimize and improve campaigns based on data insights.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Monday.com, Canva, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney).
• Good graphic design skills to create and draft basic campaign banners and visuals.
• Experience working in the fashion industry is a considerable plus.
