Who Are We Looking For?

We’re seeking a results driven professional to join our team in Prague. Your main goal will be to increase total number of hired leads. This is crucial for our ability to continue serving our always growing clients and onboard new ones. We believe our main growth pillar should be performance marketing and everything that comes with it. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about managing mass campaigns likes constant change and has a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance workforce recruitment and automate business processes.

• Motivate and train the team, creating a unified informational ecosystem for employees.

• Define and achieve company growth objectives.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate the work of key departments (marketing, sales, recruitment).

• Plan and manage budgets to achieve business goals.

• Analyze the market and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

• Lead marketing projects: SEO, PPC, targeting, and social media campaigns.

• Build and maintain a positive brand image and develop competitive marketing advantages.

• Evaluate marketing channels and adjust strategies based on internal and external factors.

• Monitor key metrics: ROI, NPS, CSI, and manage online reputation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to tackle strategic tasks.

• Expertise in managing key business areas: advertising, sales, HR, and analytics.

• Experience in developing and implementing KPIs, regulations, and reporting systems.

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.

• Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, and Czech languages is mandatory.

• Valid work permit for the Czech Republic.

• Availability to work full-time in the Prague office (Mon-Fri).
