- Defect Identification: Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards. Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and customer requirements. Stay updated on relevant quality standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communication: Communicate inspection findings and quality-related issues clearly and effectively to relevant teams, including production, engineering, and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
- Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement projects to enhance overall product quality, production efficiency, and inspection procedures. Provide insights and suggestions for optimizing processes and preventing defects.
- Calibration and Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment and tools according to established schedules and procedures. Ensure equipment is in proper working condition to guarantee accurate measurements and test results.
- Training: Train and mentor new quality inspectors, as well as provide guidance to production operators on quality-related matters and best practices.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, contributing to the identification and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications and Skills:
