Hello! We are inviting a Customer success manager to the fintech company Smart Team.
Requirements:
- work experience in customer service (in travel or hospitality);
- upper intermediate level of English;
- experience with CRM systems is welcome.
Functional duties:
- acceptance of all applications related to settlement and transfer;
- full support of employees coming to the UAE (business trips, migrants, relocators, employment);
- control of corporate housing (payments, availability of everything according to check officers);
- work with the booking system and ticket system;
- participation in policy formation and adaptation of policies directly in the UAE;
- support and assistance in organizing travel events in the UAE (sports events, holidays).
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
