Position: Customer Support Specialist (Turkish speaking) in a global call center.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming inquiries and communicating with customers through the chat platform, providing a high level of service;

Providing information about products, services and resolving customer issues;

Supporting communication in Russian language on customer queries;

Interacting with various departments of the company to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

Excellent written communication in multiple languages, including a basic understanding of technical terminology;

Fast and accurate typing;

Ability to multitask and adapt to different customer cultures;

Have the tech to work remotely (macOS, Windows 10/11, 8GB RAM or more);

Knowledge of major chat platforms and CRM systems.
