McCloud LLC is a Global Google Cloud Premier Partner with a strong presence in Ukraine and Romania. We are now expanding our active operations into Poland. We focus on delivering Google Cloud and AI solutions to our clients in various industries. 

Role Overview & Purpose 

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Cloud) to drive sales and market expansion in Poland. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Opportunity to build a team and have a major impact on the company's growth in Poland. This position is remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Krakow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Google Cloud and AI solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new clients (SMB and Enterprise). 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs.  
  • Present business proposals and negotiate contracts. 
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Handle administrative tasks, including signing documents when necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years in IT sales, specifically cloud or AI solutions (Google, Microsoft, AWS). 
  • Education: A university degree is preferred, but a specific degree is not required. 
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems and IP phones is a plus. 
  • Personal Attributes: Self-driven, goal-oriented, independent, and responsible. 
  • Languages: at least upper-intermediate English. 

Performance Expectations 

  • First 3 months: Onboarding and learning period. 
  • Quarterly target: 10-15 new clients per quarter. 
  • Year-end goal: Achieve €300,000 turnover (excluding VAT)

  • Preference for B2B contract, but open to employment agreement.
  • Fixed salary for the first 3 months. 
  • Performance-based bonuses after the probation period.
