WhiteBIT is an international fintech company employing over 300 professionals. As a crypto exchange, WhiteBIT strives to offer an intuitive user interface with a suite of analytical tools.
We work with cryptocurrency projects from all over the world with one main goal of mass adoption of blockchain technology and expand the cryptocurrency community by providing a secure and easy-to-use platform.

Now we are looking for - Project relations manager!

We expect our candidate to have:
- a high degree of organization, the ability to work with a large number of projects simultaneously;
- understanding the process of communication within the company and work between departments;
- interest in cryptocurrencies and basic knowledge of crypto and blockchain;
- attention to details;
- sociability - must-have;
- the desire to understand the needs of the client and enter into his position;
- high level of English (B2+);
- proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities:
- work with clients (cryptocurrency projects) after sales;
- organization and control of the project integration process;
- record keeping;
- maintaining communication between the company and the client
- work with projects for mutual promotion, joint holding of actions and other events;
- communication with the client after integration, resolving emerging issues.

Will be a plus:
- higher education in the field of marketing;
- experience in IT;
- experience in SMM, Customer Support (0.5 – 1 year);
- experience with task tracking systems.
