Our clients — multinational company working on the field of life-sciences, are looking for new Customer Support Specialists colleagues into their Budapest based business service center.

Requirements:

• English min B2 and German C1 or French C1 is MUST
• Experiences in call centre, reception, customer facing jobs
• Basic technical skills are BIG advantage, but confident,
• High school or higher education. Result/solution oriented fresh graduates are also welcome
• User experience with Outlook nice to have
• Able to work under pressure, solution oriented, willingness to learn new things, a clear and effective communicator, helpful with positive attitude

Responsibilities:

● answering and managing customer enquiries

● providing support via calls (20%) and Emails (80%)

● ticket logging

● deciding where to direct the client’s requests

● contacting field engineers who visit clients on-site for repair work

● providing timely and accurate assistance to clients and business partners regarding contracts, invoices, transportation, etc.

Customers: laboratories, universities, R&D centers, hospitals.
