About the role
As a Manager for the API integrations and upstream partner relations, you will help to grow our SaaS platform's value for our customers with each new partner integrated (POS, delivery partners, marketplaces, customer engagement software, etc). You will oversee all the parts of this process - from building new relationships with partners, identifying workarounds and cut-throughs to enable new partner integration to happen, to coordinating the implementation process and addressing challenges together with our team through product, documentation, and process improvements.
What you will do
- You will lay out an integration roadmap together with our Engineering team, and work closely with the Commercial team to identify priorities - what's most valuable to focus on to help deliver value to our customers and grow the business
- You will be instrumental in identifying key upstream partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with them and the team, ensuring you’re always up to date on full potential of the product/integration
- You will be a critical feedback funnel to Engineering on requirements and opportunities to launch a new partner faster or scale an existing integration
- Build and execute optimal process and communication mechanisms to allow for smooth onboarding, issue resolution and operations between partners and our company
- Understand partners tech stack and workflows (integrated and non-integrated)
We are looking for
- Relevant experience at a B2B/SaaS software company, familiarity with business aspects of API integrations with large partners (preferably marketplaces)
- Tech startup experience in e-commerce, SaaS, Point of Sale technology, restaurant technology (preferable)
- Proficient English + another EU language
- Ability to handle complex and ambitious projects with the utmost of care, keeping a close eye on the specified KPIs, while remaining flexible and collaborative
- Demonstrable ability to build and manage high-trust relationships
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to empathise and adopt the perspective of others
- Familiar with technical writing, specifically with experience writing API documentation (preferable, but not necessarily)
