We are looking for a person who will help us to incorporate a company in the Poland. The main activity of the future company will be IT services.
Responsibilities:
Corporate performance management;
Work with banks;
Organization of the shareholders' meetings;
Preparing and collating reports.
Requirement:
At least 18 years old;
Experience in company registration will be a plus;
Opening a bank account on behalf of the company will be a plus;
Fluent English;
