Responsibilities:
Increase retail sales for the brand
Increase wholesale sales for the brand
Find and develop B2B and B2C partners and new sales channels
Manage a small team of sales managers
Implement CRM
Collaborate with outsourced marketing teams for sales through digital channels
Requirements:
(!) Fluent English is a must and Русский upper intermediate
(!) Work permit in Cyprus
Successful experience in direct sales and finding cold clients
Experience in cold calling
Experience in organizing B2B partnerships
Experience in leading a sales department
Would be considered as an advantage:
Person (M) of presentable appearance, 28+
Ability to identify decision-makers and negotiate with top management of clients
Experience in the fashion segment
