🍗 Production Worker at an Automated Poultry Processing Plant (Siedlce / near Warsaw)
📍 Location: Siedlce (ul. Sokołowska 154, 08-110, Masovian Voivodeship)
💰 Salary Rates:
▫️ 31.40 PLN/hour net — for students under 26 years old.
▫️ 23.00 – 25.00 PLN/hour net — basic rate for regular workers (with a signed PIT-2 declaration).
▫️ 27.53 PLN/hour net — overtime rate.
▫️ Tax Bonus: By signing the PIT-2 form, you receive an extra +300 PLN/month tax refund added directly to your salary (pro-rated if you work less than 154 hours in your first month).

⚙️ Production Departments & Processes (Assigned by the Supervisor):
1️⃣ Slaughter Line (Men Only):
Shift: Night shift from 02:30 to 10:30 (occasionally extended until 12:30).
Conditions: Temperature is +5°C.
Duties: Manually hanging chickens onto the conveyor line. Controlling the placement. Note: The actual slaughtering and gutting are fully automated by machines.
2️⃣ Meat Processing (Men & Women):
Shift: 2 rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) changing weekly.
Conditions: Temperature is +5°C.
Duties: Working along the conveyor line. Trimming, cutting, and filleting poultry parts (breasts, wings, thighs) using knives or scissors. Packing meat into plastic trays and placing containers into boxes (up to 15 kg).
3️⃣ Meat Washing (Women Only):
Shift: Night shift from 02:30 to 10:30.
Conditions: Warm department, temperature is +25°C (high humidity).
Duties: Washing poultry carcasses using specialized pressure washers (similar to Kärcher), manual cleaning with tweezers/knives, quality control, and post-shift cleanup.
🏡 Accommodation & Transport:
🔸 Comfortable housing is provided by the company for 700 PLN/month (deducted from your salary).
🔸 Good living conditions in rooms shared by 2, 3, or 4 people.
⚠️ Candidate Requirements:
▫️ Physical endurance and readiness for a fast-paced, standing manual job.
▫️ A valid Polish sanitary book (Sanepid) or willingness to obtain one (full assistance provided).
▫️ No allergies to animal products, feathers, or specific production smells.
▫️ No previous experience required — you will be fully trained on-site!
📄 Additional Information:
▫️ Official and legal employment under an Umowa Zlecenie contract.
▫️ Salaries are paid directly to your bank account between the 18th and 24th of the following month.
▫️ Cash advances are available after working for 2 weeks.
