Responsibilities:
- Purchasing office supplies, daily products, and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels;
- Managing office expenditures and budgets;
- Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping, and maintain office supplies inventory;
- Partner with HR to maintain office needs;
- Organize office operations and procedures;
- Connecting equipment: monitors, headphones, printer;
- Performing minor fixes, and conducting maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken locks, etc.
- Assistance to different departments of the company.
