Responsibilities:

• Purchasing office supplies, daily products, and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels;
• Managing office expenditures and budgets;
• Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping, and maintain office supplies inventory;
• Partner with HR to maintain office needs;
• Organize office operations and procedures;
• Connecting equipment: monitors, headphones, printer;
• Performing minor fixes, and conducting maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken locks, etc.
• Assistance to different departments of the company.

• You have a minimal experience as an office manager or a big wish of work.
