Budgeting: participation in the process of preparation P&L (sales, margin, costs), cash-flow (including capital expenditures) and
balance sheet (assets and liabilities).
Reporting: regular reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis; ad-hoc reports for management and HQ.
Forecasting: preparation of forecasts of expected sales, discounts, added value, production costs, overheads.
Analysis: actual/budget/forecast differences, investigating the reasons and consequences.
Control: regular control over costs, customers’ orders, discounts, prices, purchases, level of debts, accruals of royalty, provisions
in the accounting.
IT projects: involvement in the projects of implementation production planning in the ERP system, purchases and stock planning
processes, and improvement of management accounting.
