Through dance, I try to realize the coach's ideas, creating an aesthetically pleasing performance, delving into the image to be played on stage and the idea of the rest of the task. I spend long hours working on each dance move or combination. I am reading and analyzing this work to get a better feel for the image. I consider music and dancing to be one of the best ways to reduce stress and get a positive mood.
