• Achievements: Provided a direct manufacturer of roasted eel in China. Before that, the company was purchasing the product from an agent. Managed to sign an extremely important contract with the supplier. Convinced the supplier to turn to a new way of financial deal via China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure) with deferred payment. This deal made eel import the most profitable project for the company and boost it up to 130-200 tons per year by total purchase amount USD$ 2,000,000 a year. The advanced payment term made the company’s turnover steady, let the company avoid liabilities to the suppler and credit from banks.

I am a career changer – I would like to change an industry and a field of work. At the moment I am looking for gaining a practical lab experience in designing cosmetic products as an assistant of a cosmetic chemist/technologist or a product manager. Hoping to end up as a formulation chemist professional.
I studied formulation of organic cosmetics in the British online school "Formula Botanica". One of my study works was deciphering a formula of a skin care product. I have chosen a moisturizing product of the American organic brand Tata Harper. Collecting ingredients for this product from all over the world took me 6 months. Finally, I made a copy of that product. This work was highly scored of 19 points out of 20 possible.
I completed a one-year distance Graduate Diploma program "Chemistry and technology of food products, medicinal and cosmetic products, and detergents" at the Bashkir State University. Additionally, I studied management courses with focus in cosmetics and perfumery at ISC Paris school of commerce with laboratory practice at famous ISIPCA fragrance and cosmetics school.
Meanwhile, I have got an extensive work experience with suppliers of different goods in China and Southeast Asia during 2005-2012. Recently I have gained a work experience with suppliers of cosmetic ingredients worldwide.
