Monitoring of labor relations in contracting organizations at TCO sites. Preparation of reports on current labor relations status in contracting organizations and results on correction actions done by contractors, informing management about possible labor conflicts and disruption situations. Conduction IR audits in contracting organizations. Preparation of statistical reports on IR audits in contracting organizations. Scheduling and attending work committee meetings as an observer. Preparation of minutes of the meetings and keeping track of all issues. Explanation of TCO's position concerning labour relations issues. Visiting sites and reporting to supervisor about site inspection findings. Considering contractor organizations employees' complaints, participating in solving problems connected with discrimination, business ethics violation, failures to comply with Laws of RoK regarding labor relations. Cooperation with TCO Security to prevent stoppage of works and widespread dissatisfaction of employees and ethnic conflicts among contractor employees, who work at TCO sites. Participation in investigation of TCO ZT policy violation cases by contractor employees, incidents, accidents if needed and as requested by TCO management (Contract sponsor). Assisting in organizing and conducting cultural and entertainment and sporting events in Tengiz. Tengizchevroil LLP, Tengiz oilfield ​Facilities Engineering/ Business Support Group ​ Cost Control Analyst ​ AFE preparation which includes the preparation of AFE package (AFE Set-up form, DOA form, AFE documentation, Cost Estimation, BIS form, Chart Type) based on the Project Engineer’s request. Maintain the MPU system by ensuring that MPU sheets have been created for all open AFEs and for projects proposed for the current year. Check break-in list, project’s status, anticipated completion date, costs for current period, forecast expenditure for the current year, accruals, inception to date and anticipated final cost expenditures. Updating MPU Sheet as per JDE (E1) system data on monthly base. MPU Sheet (Monthly Project Update Sheet) is an Excel worksheet that contains all cost and budget for a project e.g. AFE number, AFE value, current year’s budget, yearend WIP (Work-In-Progress) forecast, anticipated final cost, budget information. Analyze the projects’ budget and expenses. Preparing AFE Supplements for overspent projects. Preparation of Journal Entries (JE). Provide Finance with Work in Progress cost estimate for PDA & SUP AFEs to date in order to identify monthly accrual. Participate and provide support in the annual CAPEX budget development cycle. Act as a liaison with the Strategic Planning Group during budget development, tracks and reports expenditure. At the end of year assist project engineers with accrual worksheets for goods, services provided and distributed labour costs for current year. Check accuracy of purchase orders, shipping control numbers, contracts and work authorizations costs which have been indicated in accrual worksheet. Preparation of the Year End Accruals.
