In addition to project management, I have authored comprehensive project proposals and managed financial budgets for our Youth Hub, securing necessary funding and ensuring sustainable operations. My role also involves participating in the hiring process, selecting qualified candidates to join our team, and negotiating with existing and new sponsors to support our initiatives.
