2011 — 2013
I worked as the head of the design department, because my specialized education is a designer. I hired a team, coordinated the work, managed projects and reporting.

From 2013 to 2015, I was invited to work for the leading event organization company at that time. We opened IKEA in the Southern Federal District. We worked with oil and gas companies: GAZPROM, Rosneft, Lukoil, not only corporate and state-level projects, but also charitable ones. With one of the companies, instead of spending money on team building, we created a project to help a children's hospital for patients with developmental disabilities. It was a long coordination of safety and careful development with an emphasis on delicacy and age. I still keep the drawing that a child from this hospital gave me as a thank you.

We also worked with mobile operators, did social public projects, and one of my favorites is a robotics festival with a private customer, the owner of an IT company. It was a large program for 3,000 people on an area of more than 220,000 square meters.

We worked with some permanent companies at the international level, for example, a German company working with KNAUF building materials - a dealer meeting in Istanbul for 400 people. These were several business trips, an optimal, not bloated team and a tight timeline of an interesting project.

We also organized private projects - weddings, birthdays. Until now, the managers of this company receive awards and prizes for the best organization in Russia.

In 2015, I moved to another city, went into event marketing and sales, where I worked until 2019
We worked with the beauty industry - Chanel companies, the Estee Lauder conglomerate, the Shiseido group, Clarins, and other classic corporations, as well as new markets - Asian ones, for example, with the study of the path of promotion and familiarization of the consumer with the product. In the spirit of the times, there were many collaborations with influencers, TikTok stars, Instagram, YouTube and TV stars, such as Sarah Jessica Parker (she launched her perfume). International projects were mainly related to Paris, where multi-day conferences with a cultural program and meetings with partners from other countries were held: British companies, Italians, to discuss new products and strategies for their promotion.

After quitting, I worked as a freelance consultant on personal branding, developing company DNA, corporate events, influencer marketing and private events, as well as personal charity initiatives.
