Duties and responsibilities are: - to define the enterprise’s technical policy and direction of technical development; - to provide the rise in production and labour efficiency, decrease in cost, rational use of productive resources, compliance of manufactured products with the applicable state standards; - to manage the process of working out the events for reconstructing and modernizing the enterprise; - to organize the work to improve the range and quality of products as well as bettering and upgrading the manufactured products; - to monitor the observation of project, design and technological discipline, labour safety rules, workplace hygiene and fire safety, the requirements of environmental and sanitary authorities, including the requirements of authorities which carry out technical supervision; - to ensure the timely preparedness of technical documentation; - to arrange and hold the scientific conferences and experiments, the tests of new equipment and technology, and also the work in the area of scientific and technical information, innovation and development of inventions, including the propagation of best practices; - to organize the advance training for workers and engineers and to provide recurrent training for the personnel; - to manage the operation of technical services of the enterprise; to work out the work schedule; to monitor the outcome of their work, including the working discipline in the subordinate units; - to compile the schedule of minor repairs of equipment and the supervision of their observation; - to carry out the works to maintain, serve and repair the buildings (structures) and to keep them in proper working order, including repair works (over 20 repair works of industrial premises, office building, staircases, floor, and rooftop were organized and carried out by me, as well as carrying out the construction of finished products warehouse and roads. 2006 - 2015 Training and production enterprise “Luch” UTOS. Development of new products and design (electric appliances, electric stoves (cookers), convectors, sprinklers, household appliances). The design of any complexity tooling such as hot runners (with hydro and pneumatic cylinders, with automatic unscrewing of core pins, with hydraulic and electric motors; wedge, collet and sectoral moulds, etc; stamps of cold and hot stamping, stamps of deep drawing; punching press tools, bending and combined tools, etc; tools and appliances, teflon appliances, non-standard equipment, machines, mechanisms, tools. The practical knowledge of all the types of technological processing of plastics, including the metal processing, and tooling production. The experience of working as an acting chief of production, including the experience of work with foreign partners from China, Russia, Germany, Italy, as well as the Ukrainian manufacturers of equipment and tooling, and also the suppliers of raw and other materials.
