Developed more than 16 products in unique pack solutions. Four of them were launched with 3PM suppliers in China and Korea and the other with local ones. ● Led two recyclable-ready projects for flexible film packaging at the same time. The first one aimed to develop sheet masks whereas the second one a new doy-pack solution, each in collaboration with a different 3PM supplier. Both projects were evaluated to have neutral costs. 35 products will have been launched by the end of 2022. ● Generated and launched more than 11 saving projects. As a result, two of those projects for sheet masks saved $110.000 for the company, as estimated by the Procurement Department. ● Developed and negotiated important technical documentation for a sheet mask project in collaboration with the X supplier for 25 new products. ● Localized and provided technical support for Project X sheet masks. This project was accompanied by the purchasing of the new punching machine for 3PM side, and technical trials of new equipment and materials. Furthermore, I reached an agreement on the shape with the global team of brand Dove. ● Mentored at list 3 new staff and directed their work. She successfully passed her internship examinations and became a member of our team. ● Doypack localization with validation of a new production line/Delivered > 20 SKUs Packaging Engineer of Packaging Development Department, July 2016-August 2019 ● Devised the Rubik Project whose purpose was to increase the pallet height from 1650 mm to 1800 mm. The project was organized in collaboration with technical services. Retrofitting of equipment and warehouses was completed for the project. Consequently, the effort saved $200.000 for the company and cut the number of logistic operations. ● Led the project for the selection and testing of stretch films for palletization that could be pre-stretched. Four new palletizers were bought for this optimization goal. This helped us to improve the quality of palletization by ensuring the safety of the product during transportation. The reduction of material reached 40% and saved $30.000. ● Suggested and implemented a project for the transition from 85 micron PE labels to 65 PE micron labels. This sustainability plastic reduction project helped our company to save more than $12.000. ● Supervised launching tubes with a new curly seam “Silky Ears” and several designs inside the batch. My goal was to correctly formulate a technical brief for the process engineers and design agency, to order a test batch of packaging and the organization of production tests within a limited time. The unique product with three designs inside the batch has been successfully launched within the deadline. ● Generated the idea of an ecological cost-saving project for shrink labels. This project gave a positive option to our consumers helping them easily split plastic waste like HDPE bottles and PET labels. A new supplier of shrink labels was found for this project. A 45 micron PET material was tested successfully instead of the 55 micron one. Our company saved $11.000. UNILEVER RUS LTD., YEKATERINBURG, RU Engineer Technologist of Manufacturing Production, May 2008 - July 2016 ● Developed technical instructions for more than 15 pieces of production mixing equipment such as Becomix, Fryma, Symex. More than 80 technical operators were successfully taught by me to work with this equipment. ● Monitored the implementation of technological processes in the preparation of cosmetic products. I also participated in the analysis of accidents and introduced solutions appropriately. ● Optimized the running time of flushing equipment and water treatment systems by adjusting operation programs and modes. This allowed us to reduce the time of washing process by 40%. ● Set up the 5S system of lean manufacturing. I organized more than 20 working places at the workshops in accordance with 5S principles and supervised the personnel there.
