Ksenia Gerasimova - Резюме Brand-Marketing Manager

Marketing manager with over 8 years of hands-on experience across the European market and rapidly developing regions (Asia, MENA, etc.). I’m results-oriented, take full ownership, and have a sharp eye for both the nitty-gritty and the bigger picture of business strategy.

– Personally moved the needle in revenue growth through global initiatives
– Developed and executed regional brand strategies tailored to local market specifics
– Took the driver’s seat in negotiations with top international brands, government bodies, and key partners
– Managed full-cycle projects—from customer insights to 360° campaign roll-outs
– Built strong cross-functional bridges with Sales, Product Development, Designers, and VM teams
– Established new directions from the ground up (influencer marketing, social media, etc.)
