Job description: We do a various job testing service provider with various solutions of bump test and assembly
for IC. We pack the good IC to a designated size of tray and bundle it for protection, put in a shielding bag and
vaccuum it.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function.
Assemble products or components according to instructions.
Maintain pace with the production line to meet output targets.
Inspect finished goods for defects or inconsistencies.
Report faulty equipment or product issues.
