I'm willing to undergo two weeks of training to understand the internal processes, as well as work an additional two weeks unpaid as a trial period.
I'm willing to:
Planning: analyzing the current truck position, terrain, workload, and weather.
Truck posting: ready to work with various loading boards.
Cargo search on loading boards: Gross Rate, RPM, Tolls.
Booking: negotiating with brokers, checking MS, factoring, reviews.
Receiving and checking Rate confirmation: Temperature, weight, zip codes, RPM. I read the stipulation carefully.
Cargo inspection in transit: I call (!) and check the loading and unloading warehouses. I check the Pickup Number.
Cargo delivery: ready to assist the driver, I send documents to the broker. BoL and PoD.
Invoicing: I'm ready to issue invoices using standard invoices, Quick Pay, or factoring.
I also understand how a log book works and can calculate time, communicate, and maintain contact with drivers.
