> DNA/RNA analysis: nucleic acid purification (spin-column, ethanol precipitation), DNA quantification by fluorimetry, PCR setup and execution.
> Hands-on experience with plasmid vectors (pPIC-Leu2) and the yeast expression system.
> Deep analytical understanding of viral vector technologies (AAV) and cell therapy principles (CAR-T)
2.Cell biology
> Cell cultivation, isolation of primary cells.
> Preparation of histological and cytological samples: fixation, tissue processing, paraffin embedding, microtomy, staining.
