experience in mechanical maintenance, rotating/static equipment, and MRO planning in
the petrochemical industry, my background aligns fully with the requirements of this role.

· Mechanical Integrity & RCA: I lead root cause analysis for complex equipment failures,
including Elliott and Siemens compressors and Sulzer pumps, and implement corrective
actions to prevent recurrence.
· Maintenance Strategies: I develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
plans using SAP PM, driving reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and risk-based
approaches.
· Budgeting & Cost Control: I currently manage an annual MRO budget of ~$35M USD for
the largest Ethylene Cracker in Russia, balancing cost optimization with long-term asset
integrity.
· Turnaround Planning: I actively participate in major turnaround planning and execution,
coordinating cross-functional teams of Production, Procurement, E&I, and Contractors.
· Mentorship: I have trained and mentored junior engineers and technicians, developing a
fully capable "second-in-command" who now independently handles planning operations.
· Standards Compliance: I work daily with international codes and standards, including API
and ASME, ensuring all maintenance activities meet compliance requirements.
I have progressed from Senior Mechanical Technician to Maintenance Planning & MRO
Manager, giving me a complete understanding of both field maintenance practices and
strategic asset management. I am confident that I can contribute immediately to the safe,
reliable, and efficient operation of the Jazan Refinery.
