I was a part of the Campus Planning and Construction Office and play a critical role in the development of Skoltech’s new campus and facilities, by providing the campus planning team with expertise and support to ensure that MEPG design documentation complies with the best practices (to the extent possible in the context of the Russian regulatory environment), meets the functional needs of the Institute in all areas (research, teaching/learning, administrative) with federal and local regulation/code, with the final aim of receiving the appropriate construction/renovation permits on a timely basis.
• Managing all technical and administrative aspects of building operations, maintenance and service operations for all University buildings/locations.
• In conjunction with/under the direction of the appropriate Project Managers and in compliance with agreed upon divisions of responsibilities supervise, monitor and control the activities of the Technical Customer, design and construction teams in order to ensure that design documentation and construction quality meet the needs and standards required for the operation of the University.
• Working with the PM team, technical customer, and design/construction teams as necessary and prudent in order to.
• At the appropriate time work with the Director and other University personnel as appropriate to define, refine, and develop roles and responsibilities for future engineering staff and to build a systems engineering organization that will support the on-going operation of the University.
• Developing the appropriate internal relationships to ensure that we are utilizing the expertise available at Skoltech to develop technical requirements for the development of design briefs for all building engineering systems, including those for general and specialty laboratories.

Achievements:
⎯ the structure of the department was reformed. In addition to the engineer's plan was to make major repairs;
⎯ contractor for the engineering and operation of refrigeration equipment was replaced by a separate contractor for engineering equipment and separately for refrigeration;
⎯ structures that organize the process of operation on all objects have been modified and brought in line with the engineering systems, which in fact exists;
⎯ operation process as for refrigeration, and throughout the rest of the engineering equipment and structures were established;
⎯ all maintenance plans at all sites are corrected and brought into line of MEP;
⎯ procedure for the implementation of applications and has been modified, adjusted and centralized;
⎯ contractor for the lift was replaced and reassigned to the operating company, which has removed a lot of questions on current repair LS;
⎯ part of the systems engineering (from the already existing balance sheet) is put on the balance sheet and renovated and put into operation;
⎯ during my work there were less than five accidents - all contained and eliminated the consequences in due course;
⎯ condition of engineering systems: a new shopping center - in perfect condition, Biryulyovo and GIS - in accordance with the strategies renovation of objects (without the financial and intensive restoration, but in good repair and working order, with a volume of the corresponding strategy);
⎯ repair plan for 2011, 2012 were performed at 80 and 95 percent, respectively, the part that is not made by 2012 - except for the three points already in progress (signed contracts - moved close) the volume of plans - over 120 different repairs on year;
⎯ volumes of optimization of Repairs - quite high (lots of repairs were performed in the optimization of the technology in line with the strategic plan);
⎯ 1 new object has been successfully put into operation and the operation process has been launched;
⎯ there were lots of technical solutions found in the "problem areas" and 99% of these decisions are being successfully implemented, a lot of work and already the first results to optimize the cost of energy;
⎯ a great deal of work on establishing, putting in order and formalizing relationships with tenants regarding use of energy resources and the documentation necessary to delegate part of the responsibility of directors to Tenants;
⎯ at the time when I joined the Company Operations
⎯ in addition, passports and executive schemes drawn up almost all systems and equipment;
