I worked at a small donut shop for two years: as a shift supervisor, I handled all internal production operations, recruited and trained employees, prepared raw material requisitions, conducted inventory checks, oversaw the entire shift, developed the seasonal menu, and created process charts.
I worked as a cook at an Italian restaurant for six months. My main responsibilities included preparing semi-finished pasta, baking ciabatta and Easter cakes, and preparing semi-finished products for the cold and hot shops.
I currently work in a bakery, mixing dough, proofing, and baking various types of bread and pastries, also decorate finished products
