A multi-sport background has developed a strong practical understanding of movement technique, coordination, reaction speed, agility, endurance and general physical preparation. I understand practical principles of returning to fitness after a break, adapting to training loads and developing technique progressively.
Available for individual and group table tennis training. I can also work as a canoe polo coach. I adapt training to the athlete’s current level, physical condition, goals and specific needs.
