I have experience working in the tourism and hospitality industry. I worked in hotels in Guest Relations and Customer Service positions, where I communicated with international guests, handled requests and complaints, made reservations, and helped ensure guest satisfaction.
Currently, I work at White City Resort Hotel in Alanya, Türkiye as a Guest Relations professional. I also have experience supporting Reception and À La Carte operations.
