Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for driving the costing process from target setting through finalization of order price: evaluation and estimation of supplier quotes driving for transparency, fact based and sustainable price quotes across seasons for benchmarking; • Work with the development team, product creation and optimization • Cooperation with overseas office merchandisers on the matters of product development and production processes; • Collaboration in sourcing strategy creation based upon supplier KPIs, capabilities, capacity offer and optimizations to meet Sportmaster objectives; • Optimization of supplier capability to meet SM goals; • Monitoring and control of samples and product on time in full shipments with relevant tracking and correspondence with supply base and business partners; • Proactive work with suppliers on prevention and early solutions of potential problems and delays on the early stages of bulk production; • Improvement of contractual terms with suppliers from season to season, holding negotiations in order to achieve better commercial conditions for the Company ; • Actively work with new suppliers onboarding into processes and procedures of Sportmaster APD; • Timely and accurate placement and confirmation of orders and forecasts with suppliers; • Provide assistance to find effective solutions to complex production issues and potential conflicts between the Material and Garment Suppliers; • Consistently work with suppliers to improve product quality season to season; • Quality management: monitoring claims settlement and the related negotiations on recovery of damages; • Compliance with procedures and calendars for the collection development and production; • Fully meeting Buy Ready requirements for each relevant seasonal calendar; • Manage timely and accurate data information within the system landscape.

Fluent English speaker with good managing skills and passion for product creation. Learning a new language is not a problem.
