Description of My Experience in the Project:

While working on the project to improve the game key store app, I focused on analyzing and solving the main issues users and businesses faced. I used different methods to study the market, enhance the user experience, and make the app more effective.
Main Steps in the Work:
1. Market Research and User Analysis:
Surveys and Interviews: I organized surveys with users to understand their needs and problems. Interviews helped me learn about their experiences better.
Competitor Analysis: I studied other platforms to find good ideas that could help improve our app.
2. Improving the User Experience:
User Flow: I created a simple and easy process for buying game keys in the app.
Information Architecture (IA): I organized the app’s content to make it clear and easy to find.
Wireframes and Moodboard: I designed app prototypes and selected styles to make the app look good and trustworthy.
3. Analyzing User Feelings:
Customer Journey Map (CJM): I mapped the user’s full experience to find and fix problems.
Personas: I created profiles of typical users to better understand their goals and feelings.
4. Data Protection and Trust:
I found risks to user data security and offered solutions to keep data safe.
I added features like clear privacy policies and security certificates to build user trust.
5. Building User Loyalty:
I worked on improving customer support by suggesting faster ways to help users.
I added features to personalize the app, such as recommending games based on user preferences.
6. Final Results:
User-Friendly and Intuitive Design:
A clean layout and simplified navigation made the app easy to use, with responsive design ensuring a seamless experience across devices. Trust elements, like secure payment badges and authenticity symbols, built user confidence.
Visual Appeal and Engagement:
A vibrant color palette, dynamic icons, and engaging animations enhanced the visual experience. Interactive elements, such as a checkout progress bar and micro-interactions, made the app feel lively and responsive.
Personalization and Value:
Features like tailored game recommendations, a personalized dashboard, and banners for deals ensured the app felt unique to each user, increasing satisfaction and encouraging loyalty.
This project allowed me to use many skills, from research and planning to design and testing. As a result, I gained valuable experience in creating a solution that meets user needs and helps the business grow.

About me:
I am a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX designer with a background in architecture, where I worked on designing houses and public buildings. Now, I am focusing on UI/UX design because I want to create useful and meaningful digital solutions for people.
I finished UI/UX courses at Lviv Design School and worked on different projects to practice my skills. My portfolio shows that I can create designs that are simple, easy to use, and focused on people’s needs.
I want to join a team and company where I can work on exciting projects and also do something good for society. I believe that design can help people and make technology easier for everyone. I am ready to start working immediately in Denmark and grow my skills while helping my team and company succeed.
