Currently, the company is implementing a large and ambitious project - a 5* hotel complex under the management of an international hotel operator in the most sought-after tourist area on the island of Bali - Canggu.
Therefore, we are looking for talented and ambitious professionals who want to grow and develop with us.
Now we are looking for a cool B2B manager to develop partner programs.
Your mission is to scale our partner network and ensure an increase in the flow of quality leads from our partners.

The tasks you will face:
• Form and implement short-term and long-term strategies for the development of a partner network.
• Participate in the formation of valuable proposals for partners. Conducts company and project presentations.
• Participate in the development of tools for the promotion of our product for partners and their training.
• Development of sales through the agency channel, follow up and support the current base of partners, establish long-term relationships with existing partners.
• Search for new channels for attracting partners.
• Holds meetings with new and existing partners, as well as events aimed at increasing brand loyalty and increasing sales.
• Conducts negotiations and concludes cooperation agreements with real estate agencies, brokers and investors around the world.
• Work with requests from partners, maintain client bases.
• Interaction with related departments (marketing, IT, legal department, accounting).
• Work with CRM, data analytics, reporting.
Our ideal candidate:
• Has successful experience in real estate sales
• Knows the Bala real estate market
• Engaged in the development of a partner network (will be an advantage)
• Has high communication and negotiation skills
• Works with CRM systems
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Meet or Zoom
• English (B2-C1)
Conditions:
- fixed salary - 700 dollars.
- % of sales through the agency channel
