Location: Must be Cyprus

Skills:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in taxation, finance, accounting or auditing;
• at least 3 years of experience in taxation (5+ would be preferable);
• English skill at the lvl B2 +, fluent skills in business correspondece would be an advance;
• knowledge/experince in assesment of assets would be an advance;
• accuracy and attention to detail;
• analytical thinking;
• perseverance;

Your Tasks:

• Experience with Controlled Foreign Company/Transfer pricing reports (upon appropriate request from the tax authorities). Assessment of the requirement to Transfer pricing reports.
• Optimisation of tax obligations (both VAT and CT, other taxes) for companies of the following jurisdictions: Cyprus, Curacao, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Malta, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, UK, HK.
• Replying to tax enquiries, resolving various issues related to tax communication or enquiries.
• Supporting the registration of the company for VAT accounting (various jurisdictions, mainly Cyprus and Czech Republic).
• Advising on tax issues of various departments (upon request).
• Tax assessment of contracts.
• Participation in the valuation of assets (during sale, disposal, putting on the balance sheet of companies), as well as the assessment of the impact of the tax position of companies.
• Analysing the tax policy of the jurisdiction, as well as timely informing about possible changes.
• Experience in dealing with various taxes related to salaries, rent, WT.
• Participating in the liquidation of the company, obtaining various documents within the framework of the liquidation, coordinating the liquidation procedure with minimal tax consequences.
