We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager

What to do:

• Development of a marketing strategy for the main services of the companies at the international level." Online channels and offline as well (preparation for conferences, workshops, etc.)
• Marketing budgeting and planning
• Effective marketing management and execution of the lead plan
• Achieving financial and commercial indicators
• Management of personnel and contractors: organization of work, setting goals, motivation to achieve results, development and training, increasing expertise
• Analysis, improvement of marketing strategy implementation
• Control of all stages of marketing
• Compilation of technical tasks from prototype and content development to testing of created pages
• Traffic analysis with Google Analytics: Analysis of traffic from GA4, analytical systems of various advertising channels, as well as from external systems such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Hotjar, etc., conversions from various traffic sources, development of proposals and implementation of changes to improve site performance
• Forming the Terms of reference with designers and developers
• English upper intermediate + (Interview will be in English)

What skills should you have:

• Work experience of 2 years or more as an SEO specialist, marketer or PPC specialist
• Skills in working with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Facebook Ads/Linkedin Ads/ Google Ads and external analytical systems such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Hotjar, etc.
• Ability to analyze the competitive environment and market;
• Experience with autofunnels (strategy construction, traffic and analysis);
• Practical cases on increasing the number of sales, engaging the audience;
• Creativity and the ability to think strategically
