WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Communicate with customers, answer their questions, and provide information about order fulfillment.
- Understand the needs of each customer to build a personal connection and provide quality support.
- Monitor order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of freelancers: motivation, control, and support.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- German language proficiency at C1-C2 level.
- Previous experience in sales/customer support (would be an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-organization, multitasking.
- Stress resistance.
