Our team has ten years of experience in this field and provides professional support to international companies and startups in licensing and regulation of fintech, gambling, e-money, and blockchain, structuring cryptocurrency ideas into businesses, etc.

Here are the tasks you’ll be responsible for:

• Project Management for legal operations;
• Business risks assessment and elimination;
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients from the CIS, EU, and Asia;
• Upsell opportunities for clients with support from the sales department;
• Prepare legal advice, draft legal documents, proposals, and responses to clients’ requests;
• Сommunicate with state authorities, foreign banks, lawyers, accountants, notaries, etc.;
• Partner with cross-functional and regional teams and provide support on legal matters of varying complexity, sensitivity, and tangibility.

If you meet the following criteria, you are an ideal fit for us:

• Degree in Law;
• Minimum of one year of experience in the field of international law.
• Expertise in company incorporation and obtaining Payment, Investment, and Crypto licenses will be a valuable advantage;
• Strong project management skills and practical experience in managing numerous legal projects;
• Proficiency in spoken English is essential;
• High analytical skills and attention to detail;
• А desire to be working for a genuinely challenging landscape and delve into areas of law that may not have previous precedents or lead on examples;
• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and keen to take responsibility and manage swiftly between demanding deadlines.
