what we offer

• you can earn as much as 4300 PLN gross / 3262 PLN net salary monthly
• performance bonus up to PLN 250 PLN gross
• together with the bonus the rate is up to 4550 PLN gross/3432 PLN net
• we offer a standard temporary contract, so you are insured and contributions are paid to the Social Insurance Office (per Polish law),
• we will also help you to arrange comfortable and free accommodation,
• in addition, our employees can also benefit from private medical care and a sports card starting from as little as 47 PLN per month,
• employees can also count on a contribution to their lunch card,
• we offer support in the process of legalization in Poland - we will help you in the application process for a TRC card,
• your work schedule may include days from Monday to Sunday,
• the company works in three shifts. The first shift is from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., the second from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the third from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Hours over the schedule are paid extra by Polish labor law.

what we expect

• able to speak English at a medium level to communicate with ease to understand,
• basic computer skills and reading of technical instructions,
• good eyesight, accuracy, and developed manual skills,
• experience in the field of electronics is an advantage,
• ready and able to work in shifts – day and night shifts,
• willingness to comply with safety rules,
• focused on high-quality work,
• experience in PCB soldering welcomed.

your tasks

• testing of electronic devices on a test platform,
• manual cleaning of devices,
• unscrewing, and screwing together a device (decoder, modem, terminal) including replacement of damaged components/modules of the device casing,
• packing of the finished equipment with the necessary accessories (power supply, remote control, cables, user manuals, information leaflets, batteries),
• reporting of activities carried out or parts taken in the ERP system.
