Job Description:

IVS Construction is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remodeling & Construction Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing remodeling projects and managing our sales operations in the Pittsburgh market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and a proven track record in sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with real estate investors in Pittsburgh
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and contracts
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and client satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and project management teams
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project progress, and client interactions
• Represent IVS Construction at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and project management within the construction or remodeling industry
• Strong network and relationships with real estate investors in Pittsburgh
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and sales activities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
• Proficiency in sales and project management software
• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
