Position Summary:
As a Parent Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of surrogates throughout their surrogacy experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, offering empathetic support, clear communication, and personalized assistance to address their needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accompanying surrogates to the clinic for all visits, including appointments for tests and facilitating communication with doctors
• Organisation of transfer for arrival, hotel / apartment booking
• Full support of surrogates during the last visit, including the maternity hospital, communication with a lawyer, organisation of transfer, recommendations for housing
• Quick reaction to messages and any force majeure situations
• Financial statements
• Prompt transfer of information to maintenance managers
