Sales Manager (B2B, spare parts for industrial equipment, special equipment, civil aviation)

PartService is a supplier of imported spare parts for industrial equipment, special equipment, and civil aviation. We work with global brands such as Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Metso, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, etc., and provide our customers with high-quality products and solutions for their production needs.
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
• Active search for and attraction of new customers (enterprises from various industries), cold calls and access to decision makers.
• Conducting presentations of the company and its services, identifying customer needs.
• Receiving and processing requests from customers (Word, Excel, 1C, catalogs, online stores, mail).
• Formation and approval of price offers, preparation of commercial offers and invoicing.
• Full customer support from the first contact to completion of the transaction, monitoring the fulfillment of contract terms.
• Control of accounts receivable and interaction with the accounting department on payment issues.
• Actively increasing the customer base and developing long-term relationships with customers.
Operational activities:
• Placing orders and interacting with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitoring the receipt of goods at the warehouse and their shipment to the customer.
• Customer support after the transaction is completed, support in resolving emerging issues.
Requirements:
Mandatory requirements:
• Experience in B2B sales of spare parts or equipment for at least 1 year (having a customer base will be an advantage).
• Developed communication skills, ability to conduct business correspondence and negotiations at the decision-maker level.
• Ability to make independent decisions within their competence.
• Knowledge of primary document flow and contract conclusion procedures.
• Confident skills in working with 1C, MS Office and Google Docs.
• Understanding of procurement processes and various types of procurement procedures in industrial enterprises.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Living in Antalya.
Desirable skills:
• Active life position and focus on results.
• Understanding of the structure of industrial equipment units and mechanisms.
• Knowledge of key industries, availability of a client base.
• Understanding of sales processes, logistics and participation in tender procedures.
• Knowledge of English or another foreign language, as we work all over the world.
