About the project:
Our client is a scheduling platform designed specifically for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers. It streamlines scheduling, optimizes therapist-client matchups, and simplifies management of sessions. The tool is geared towards improving efficiency and productivity for service providers by offering features such as automatic reminders, easy-to-use interfaces, and integration with other essential systems.
And we are currently searching for a dedicated team-members for his product!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring that development aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and improvements.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for product releases, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to facilitate smooth team operations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and define product strategies.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams to improve the product.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Track key product metrics to measure the success of new features and improvements.
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: open for any shift between 5AM and 5PM EST

Qualifications:
- English - Upper-Intermediate
- 3+ years of experience in product management or project management within a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within scope.
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with technical concepts in software development (JavaScript, Node.js, React, AWS) to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers and driving business growth.
