Vacancy of COO in ISEI/Poland
We are looking for an Operations Director in Poland with the goal of launching our network of online and offline stores. We have big ambitions to enter the European market. Currently, we are testing in 5 European countries. If you have experience working with the Polish retail market and our values and ambitions align, then we are waiting for you to join our team.
Since 2015, as a successfully implemented own chain of drugstore stores with more than 1000 sku. ISEI beauty stores are a Ukrainian network of concept stores, pioneers in creating a culture of using cosmetics from Europe, Korea, Japan, and Israel in the mass market of Ukraine. There are currently 55+ stores across Ukraine. The average size of the store is up to 30 square meters. The network is part of the large Imperia Holding.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and ensure the launch of the online store
- Ensure and conduct sales in Poland and other countries (for the first in online)
- Search for a location for the store
- Ensure the recruitment of personnel
- Ensure operational activities in the region
- Conduct budgeting, PNL management
- Ensure logistics
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Collaborate with contractors within the framework of the legislation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Polish retail market.
- Strong sales and business development background in the Western European Markets (at least 3 years)
- Strong communication in Polish and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and ethical commitment.
- Determination to create best-in-class sales processes, achieve goals, enter new markets, and target new customers and partners.
